[Cuis-dev] The Cuis Book, please review!

Hi again,

I've read some more in The Cuis Book.

I found a few minor inconsistencies in, for example,
how {'foo' . 'bar' . 'gazonk'} constructs are formated
in the source code examples.

And I made some edits that I think improve the language,
but note though, that I'm not a native English speaker,
so apply these with a bit of suspision. :-)
