It sounds like you're talking about two different things.  We couldn't
expose TimeProfileBrowser via the Open..., New Morph... or some future menu
scheme as no GUI for *starting* it currently exists.  We used to have a
menu option to get to it for running code via the ProcessBrowser but that
was removed.

What I think of from Gerald's request is the age-old need for
Spotlight-type functionality for discoverability in the image: how do you
find out what exists from a partial description (i.e. 'profile') when the
functionality may exist in the image but depending on what it is you need
to know to look for a class/method name, class comment, a morph or maybe
it's not currently in the image and you need to load an external package to
add the desired functionality.  Right now we've got a hodge-podge of tools
but no uniform provider/API to search across everything at once.
