[Cuis-dev] Updates to VectorGraphics and precompiled MacVM

My Linux amd64 plugin for people who can't compiler it can be found at

Kubuntu 21.04 so a very recent system and most recent plugin generated 
from Cuis and latest VM source from github.


As always, be very wary of random binaries downloaded from the internet.
