[Cuis-dev] Fix to DoIt/PrintIt/Inspect it/Debug it from the debugger when referencing a parameter

Hi,
 since a long time ago, when I changed the debugger to show the selected
source code when debugging from a method in the debugger, I introduced an
error when that source code referenced a parameter from inside a block.
That did not allow to debug/inspect/etc that code.
 Attached is the fix for that error.
