[Cuis-dev] fileout. method asInteger in SqueakCompatibility package

Hi Juan, guys,

I propose to add the ubiquitous method 'asInteger' to the 
SqueakCompatibility package.

I put here the fileout and the pull req. The code has been taken from 
Squeak, top compatibility ;)
