[Cuis-dev] Noticeable delays in popup menus on latest image

Hi,

I'm getting noticeable delays when opening popup menus on latest image.

The delays are uneven, sometimes it works fast and some it takes some
time to open. Just for debugging, I can force the menus to open fast by
first clicking on the world (open world menu) and immediatly move the
mouse after.

Cuis latest update is #4834.

Anyone else noticed the same?
