[Cuis-dev] Desktop background, Morphic and SVG examples, and other tweaks

I just pushed updates to
   Morphic-Misc1
   Morph-MetaProperties
   Morphic-ColorEditor
to get most things working with latest updates.

Right now WindowTitleMorphs are not showing buttons.

Please let me know of any other breakage.
