[Cuis-dev] DSL GUI framework

Hi Mariano,

Yes I looked at Spec2. About 18 months ago I was in the process to port 
some DrGeo tools to spec2 but it was not completely working for me. I 
guess it should be okay now, but in between I put my fingers in Cuis and 
start step by step to make DrGeo working on Cuis.

Spec2 try to be neutral widget, for Morph and GTK+. Do we want that?
