[Cuis-dev] UTF-8 Unicode editors

Hi Eric,

If I remember correctly, the TTFontReader inherited from Squeak is 
limited to the Basic Multilingual Plane. Some work is needed to raise 
that limitation. Not a big deal, just taking into account some quircks 
of the TrueType file specification that were added to the standard after 
the fact.
