[Cuis-dev] Relative form invalid

Ok got relative path form fixed, error of mine in the path. Debugger 
should not get locked though.

Since a few months, debugger becomes quite unreliable and often an 
emergency evaluator pop up instead of the debugger. It is not the case 
in this scenario, but the debugger get locks which is even worst.

This problem is quite easy to reproduce, just evaluate in a Workspace: 
Feature require: '../caca.pck.st', and in the debugger select the entry 
with the // method.
