[Cuis-dev] VectorGraphics broken on Windows?

Ah shooot ...

Two things come to my mind:
Make sure that new VM contains a VectorEnginePlugin.dll
Install the latest changes into the image (Word->Changes...->Install New Updates)

Otherwise I start to run out of options. I will try to build my VM branch on Windows
and check. Only having a laptop with a Intel-Celery-processor, this will take some time.
