[Cuis-dev] Tooltip

Can't we have different classes for the tooltips? Each morph can define the
type of tooltip that it wants to show (implementing the message
#tooltipClass for example) and we let the tooltip implementation decide how
to wrap the line. By default Morph uses the current tooltip implementation.

Doing so we do not have to use a property (local or global) nor add like a
flag to the string we want to show and if new ways to show the tooltip are
necessary, well new tooltip classes will be implemented.

What do you think?
