[Cuis-dev] Browse class subcategories

Hi,

When browsing class category, one suggestion that will prove to be 
useful is to be able to fold/unfold the subcategory when there are 
several subsubcategories

See the screenshot below from Pharo browser.

DrGeo-Core-App, DrGeo-Core-Builder, etc. fold at DrGeo-Core because 
there are several subsubcategories to DrGeo-Core.

In the other hand DrGeo-File does not fold because there is no 
subsubcategory.
