And the colors in the balloon help are not quite right,
because, as its name suggests, the hover help morph
only appears when the mouse hovers above the button
which in turn changes, i.e. darkens, the button color.

Additionally the hover help information and color is
coded separately from the button's actual color, this code
duplication obviously leads to inconsistencies.

Obviously these methods need some refactoring.
