[Cuis-dev] Browse class subcategories

Here's an updated version with the following changes:
- incorporated Juan's suggestions
- (hopefully) fixed a problem that was triggered when opening a new browser
and doing alt-f 'Array' and then alt-f 'Number' (the second time it
wouldn't go to the Number class as expected)
- changed InnerHierarchicalListMorph so that it doesn't draw lines between
the root nodes (looks better IMO, before we only had one single root so
those lines were not drawn anyway).

I guess we need more testing before integrating this, I wouldn't want to
annoy people by breaking their development environment. Also I think it
would be nice to simplify a little the class Browser... if it were up to me
I would remove redundant functionality like 'move system category up/down',
'rename system category', 'add system category', etc (all this can be done
via 'reorganize system categories').
