Hi Hilaire,

It seems you are running this code without VectorGraphics.

Support for non-BoxedMorphs is limited without VectorGraphics, as the 
VectorEngine can do all this stuff by itself. I believe you intend to 
use VG for all this, right? If you need DrGIconSegmentMorph to work 
without VG, we need to work a bit on that.
