[Cuis-dev] [DEFECT] Scrollbar size and scroll bar arrow size

Hi all, Hi Hilaire, Hi Juan,

When I set the scrollbar size,
the size of the scrollbar's arrow does not change.
This does not look soooooo good.
Please, take a look at the attached screenshot.

Am I doing anything wrong here?
