[Cuis-dev] PreferenceBrowser and visitors

I have been testing and using extensively the custom Type for 
Preference. Applied to the PreferenceBrowser it is nice and efficient:


Base code in Cuis-Smalltalk-UI/tools/Preference

Use case in DrGeo.
