[Cuis-dev] Reload button in package list tool

Hi,

I'd like to add a reload button in package list.

It reloads the package with what is on disk.

It would serve for both:
- Updating a package to latest version on disk.
- Reverting changes to a package. User wants to discard the unsaved 
changes to a package.

If user has unsaved changes and tries to reload, Cuis warns and confirms 
the action.

I don't know if you'll like it. I do.
