[Cuis-dev] Support for TTC font collection

Hi Juan,

To support Asian languages, I use a TTC file[1], it is a collection of 
fonts. The font I use is wqy-microhei.ttc[2]. I could search for an 
alternate one, but I will likley have hole.

Cuis seems to not recognize this format.
