[Cuis-dev] Cream font from Xerox

Rebecca Bettencourt created many legacy fonts:

Including a "modernized" Cream

(even though Alan doesn't like this one, because she started from the pixel
version and not the vector one)

But really, Cream looks way too modern, being Smalltalk-76 IIRC ;)

How about Rebecca's "Alto Serif," which is a TrueType version of the
Smalltalk-72 font? We used that for ALLDEFS in the Zoo:
