[Cuis-dev] The Preference model

Hi,

One point no discussed is the Parameters attribute and associated 
behaviors in the current Preferences class.

Why do we need a separated Parameters dictionary?

Then there is behavior as seen in method Preferences>>defaultFontSize: 
pointSize. I am not sure such method should belong to Preferences.

Opinion? Insight?
