Yes, names matter! I also do not capitalize acronyms in camelCase names 
-- having tried it both ways many years ago I find it considerably 
easier to find the break between the acronym and the following word.

I've noticed the tension between putting a category name at the end 
(where it reads better in English) and at the beginning (where it 
alphabetizes with similar classes). I think perhaps this might 
ultimately be a tooling issue. Tools could (and maybe should?) be able 
to list classes in some sort of categorized view, not just alphabetically.
