[Cuis-dev] SystemCategory fileout fix

Hi,
 currently with the latest system category reorganization, if you do a
fileout on a category root nothing gets filed out because classes are in
the children categories, even though all classes are shown in the browser.

 Attached is a fix that files out all classes in the selected root category
and all its children
