[Cuis-dev] Maximizing the World

Hi all,

I'd like to maximize the World in my startup script, but I'm not quite sure
how to do so. Could anyone recommend a way to achieve this? I don't wish to
set the Display to full-screen mode (though I would like to know if doing
that could improve Morphic 3 performance), but rather to do the equivalent
of double-clicking the Cuis window titlebar which, in Windows, maximizes
the window.
