[Cuis-dev] Maximizing the World

Thanks for the suggestion Juan. For now, I've satisfied my requirement by
starting Cuis via a shortcut <https://imgur.com/a/6Z7W3Za>which, on Windows
at least, has a flag to set the initial application state to maximized.
