Ah. I see this is an OS thing, but now I'm thinking we could have 
emulation in Cuis, perhaps ...

One thing I observe, though, is that evtBuf has modifier keys on sixth 
element, and those are never used or pass through in 
#generateMouseScrollEvent: . I mean, that info is lost, not used in the 
ScrollEvent creation.
