[Cuis-dev] Modifiable UnicodeString instances

Hi Folks,

Today Hernán and I got together to talk over some coffee, and we agreed 
that even if we think modifying Strings is in general a bad idea, it is 
good to allow doing it for compatibility with other dialects.

I just pushed an update to GitHub for this.

Still, I want to update the relevant parts of the CuisBook. Hilaire, 
please give me a few days for this.
