[Cuis-dev] Remove MoveInstanceVariable to TransferInstanceVariable

Hi,
 attached is a cs that renames the abstract classes MoveInstanceVariable
and MoveInstanceVariableApplier to TransferInstanceVariable and
TransferIntanceVariableApplier.
 The reason for these renames is that a concrete MoveInstanceVariable
refactoring and its applier are being implemented and we want to keep the
mapping of the name of the refactoring with the class implementing it.
