[Cuis-dev] Changing the return and assignment arrows

What’s the proper way to change the arrows? I first thought I should change
the smalltalk*Arrow methods in Character class, but this doesn’t quite work
because the Scanner expects ASCII, and also in some methods the arrow
characters are compiled into literals using backticks. Should I change
TTFontReader>>mapAndStoreGlyphsUsing: ?
