[Cuis-dev] Fix to PushDownMethod (uncategorized methods)

Hi, I found a bug in the actual push down method implementation: when a
method is pushed down and the current class should now implement it as a
subclass responsibility, it is wrongfully uncategorized despite the current
category. I attached a change set that fixes the problem and a change set
for the tests associated with this fix.
