Thanks, Hilaire.
I read this again now, after many years. I agree that in general we've
been quite consistent with the goals and strategy.
One detail looked strange to me, so I looked for the original email
exchange with Hernán Galante. In the answer about SqueakNOS somehow an
error appeared. My original answer started like this:
I think that SqueakNOS does follow "Design Principles". Especially when
Dan says "Operating System: something that should not exisit"!
