[Cuis-dev] Consistent look for changes and packages windows

This change set modifies ChangeSorterWindow and CodePackageListWindow to
*not* explicitly set the color of some controls, so that they adapt the
window color instead. It's just a small detail, but I think this makes them
consistent with the look of the rest of the windows, do you think it is
reasonable?
