[Cuis-dev] Cuis on RiscV64 framebuffer

No big surprise, but the latest VisionFive2 Debian (202306) release 
contains framebuffer support, so Cuis runs there.  :)

VisionFive2 is an inexpensive SOC upon which one can build 
OpenSmalltalkVM (stack vm) and run under Wayland or directly in a 
framebuffer (/dev/fb0 via libfbdev and libevent).

Instructions are pretty much the same as for LicheePi (seein  
https://github.com/OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm/tree/Cog/building/linux64riscv).
