[Cuis-dev] [IMPROV] No border for the running world

Hi all, Hi Juan,

while borders for explicitly created world morphs are useful,
I always found the thin green line around the Cuis VM window
a bit distracting.

Here comes a change set that sets the border width
to 0, for a newly created world morphs used as running world.
When filed in, this CS also sets the running world's border width to 0.
