[Cuis-dev] Mouse pointer size

I'm running CUIS on a macbook pro w. retina display. The CUIS default text
size rather small on such devices and so I increased it by setting the size
of UI elements to Large (Preferences > Set size of GUI elements) to Large.

Doing so however results in too large (for my taste) a mouse pointer.

How do I address that?
