[Cuis-dev] Sizes of Fonts and default GUI elements

Hi Folks,

In the last years, the display resolutions that most people use have got 
finer. Additionally, recent Mac VMs show higher resolution to Cuis: 
Retina resolution, or even higher virtual resolutiions.

To account for this, I changed the font sizes, and tweaked looks of 
Windows and Menus a bit.

The result is that if you liked "Default Size", maybe now you need to 
switch to "Small". "Default Size" will be ok for most users, but if you 
needed to go to "Very Large" or "Huge"  to be comfortable, most likely 
"Large" or "Very Large" will be OK.

I hope this change helps more than it annoys.
