[Cuis-dev] gui elements size

Hi,

Nicola has just suggested a different idea (in a separate thread). I can 
confirm that the following works:

./cogspur/squeak -vm-display-X11 -fullscreen 
./Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/Cuis6.0-5772.image
