[Cuis-dev] Scrollbar buttons become visible when the font changes

If the theme is set with no scrollbar buttons (i.e.,
>>#scrollbarShowButtons returns false), the buttons become visible anyway
when the font changes. To reproduce, change scrollbarShowButtons to return
false and do UISupervisor ui fontPreferenceChanged. This fixes the problem.
