[Cuis-dev] Autocompleter Refactoring - Second contribution from the CampSmalltalk at Smalltalks2023

Hi!
 we made two refactorings to make tha autocompleter code better.
1) Made the current range an instance variable
2) Move testing methods from SHParser to SHRange

 It also includes method recategorization.
