[Cuis-dev] Legal framework. Contracts and the resolution of it's events.

I feel the need to say, from a mention of the 3 Laws, that we need a 
legal framework of contracts that would handle exceptional events / 
default and have a process of judicial reasoning about these laws, 
instituted by those wit the capability to introduce laws. Ad-hoc 
Community Elections. I think that would be cool Squeakin' .  ..   ...
