[Cuis-dev] Package scanning sequence at start up

Hi folks,

Since recently, when I restart a recently built drgeo image for 
development, the installed packages related to drgeo are scanned again 
at start up, like if the system try to update them.

Is it a new behavior ? Or am I doing something wrong ?
