[Cuis-dev] Added remove unused methods in category

Hello!
 Been using a lot of Cuis Smalltalk this weeks, and I had the problem of
creating many messages, then doing a refactor in the code ending with some
unused ones. This option in the menu of Message Category checks for all the
messages in that category without senders and then removes them.
