[Cuis-dev] Custom streaming language with CPU & GPU backends - draft

Hi all,

In recent OMeta topic I've mentioned I'm working on custom streaming 
language with ability to translate to high-performance runtimes like 
OpenCL, GPU etc. as my bachelor thesis topic.

I've managed to write a preliminary draft that describes overall 
direction it's going to head to.

It's still in very early phase - mostly reading about the technologies 
and playing with Cuis code and external tools via OSProcess.

Hopefully It's going to be realized, looking forward to it.
