[Cuis-dev] UI-Metaproperties issue

I pulled the latest from the Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev repository just now.

When I enter

Feature require: 'UI-MetaProperties'

in a Workspace and "Do it", it runs fine.

But when I open the World menu and select Changes ... Install New Updates,
I get "UI-MetaProperties.pck.st does not exist". I haven't run into that
before today. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
