[Cuis-dev] change to smalltalk: FileIn inside systemCategoriesList

Hi! I've just added an item in the Class Categories menu that allows you to
fileIn from there. I find it useful to fileIn quickly as I have a linux
machine that doesn't allow me to drag & drop. The functionality was already
present in CuisUniversity's denotativeObject section (where you can play
with objects without classes) and I want to add it into Cuis.

I hope you can add this functionality, i would get a lot out of it, it
would improve the speed in which i can import new files into Cuis
