[Cuis-dev] Control and alt keys in keyboard events

The issue that if you press a ctrl plus something combiation produces

ctrl + alt + something

  also happens on MSWindows.

For example when I hit

    ctrl + 2

and the trace button is on I get what you see below, i.e ctrl+alt+$2

The combination with alt+2 works. But sometimes not. It could be that it 
plays a role which window is in focus. I'll have to check.
