[Cuis-dev] Control and alt keys in keyboard events

Thank you for the update! It seems your night was short :-)

Fixed now:

- The key strokes editor now has the right size giving the fields enough 
space to show the content.

- It opens at a good place.

- I managed to enter a open file list combination (see screen shot)

- The 'read from keyboard' button is a very useful addition and works 
nicely.

Issues

- Entering more key combinations was not successful. The MessageSend 
call did not show up. See alt+3 in the screen shot

- After turning on the 'read from keyboard' button it is not possible to 
turn it off again. This is not so much an issue because I can close the 
'Edit key strokes' window and re-open it again.  The 'read from 
keyboard' button again is off by default. Would it be possible to have a 
check box instead?
