[Cuis-dev] Bash scripts update

Lately I've been forking more Cuis repositories and, since I often forget
to update them, I've modified pullAllRepos.sh
<https://github.com/stormwatch/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/blob/eaf8049ce450de930c1ed85ef1ff58867525ab3a/pullAllRepos.sh>
to fetch upstream and rebase, instead of pull, when the repo has a remote
named *upstream.* While I was at it, I consolidated the repository list in
a sharedCode.sh and modified the clone and status scripts accordingly, and
did other minor tweaks. I've kept more or less with the formatting and
style. If you find the time, please try the scripts
