[Cuis-dev] [ANN] CuisApp template

Oh, by the way, the CuisApp template does not come with a way to build a 
Mac bundle.

Can someone with know how helps with instructions how to build a Mac 
bundle? Should not be that complicated based on the Cuis6-2 repo.

What need to be done?

1. Edit this build script:

https://github.com/hilaire/CuisApp/blob/main/build/makeBundle.sh

I guess, Mac can run Bash script, right? In this script, there is 
already some room for Mac.

2. Prepare a bundle template for Mac,

https://github.com/hilaire/CuisApp/tree/main/build/bundleTemplates

The makeBundle.sh script copies the VM in Cuis6-2/CuisVM.app. Therefore 
the bundle template for Mac OS may need to adjust its hierarchy 
according to both Mac VM hierarchy and CuisApp hierarchy.
